BWT AG: Squeeze out registered with the company register

Mondsee (pta010/05.10.2017/09:35 UTC+2) Mondsee, Oct 5th 2017:
Today BWT Aktiengesellschaft (referred to as the "Company") was informed by the responsible registration court (Landesgericht Wels) that the resolution passed at the 27th ordinary shareholder´s meeting upon the squeeze-out of the minority shareholders pursuant to section 1 (1) GesAusG against payment of an appropriate cash compensation was registered with the company register. Upon registration, the shares of the minority shareholders are transferred to WAB Privatstiftung. The compensation is payable two months after announcement pursuant § 10 UGB.
No appeal may be brought against that resolution.
The Company subsequently expects the delisting from the Vienna stock exchange in the near future.
