Changes in valuation in the NAV of New Value AG

In portfolio companies of New Value AG there are decisions to be made concerning necessary financing rounds and organisational structures.

The board of directors has taken these uncertainties in consideration in the valuation of the portfolio companies of New Value AG for the financial statement as of March 31, 2018. This risk adjustment impairs the NAV (Net Asset Value) of New Value AG by CHF 0,22 per share.
